THE prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company is to visit Morecambe to stage two major productions.
The resort's new Festival Market will be the venue for Shakespeare's Troilus and Cressida and Brian Friel's A Month in the Country. The RCA's state-of-the-art touring unit will see four articulated lorries arrive in the resort packed with 47 tonnes of equipment. The RSC have played to packed houses around the world and will perform before a local audience for four days in March next year.
