A JUDO training day with double Olympic medallist Neil Adams MBE is being staged on behalf of The Owen Lowery Vehicle Trust on Sunday, October 4, at Selwyn Jones Sports Centre, Newton-le-Willows.
Juniors can train with Neal between 11am and 12.30pm (cost £3) and there will be a gym demonstration between 12.30 and 1.30pm. Seniors can train with Neil between 1.30 and 3.30pm. There will be a fee for spectators of £1 for seniors and 50p for juniors.
Refreshments will be available and there will also be a raffle.
