ITS a family affair at the Malik General Store and the customers seem to love it.
Muazam Hussain's shop is one of the most popular around clocking up 2,525 sales to Lancashire Evening Telegraph CentrePoint cardholders in the past six months.
That makes it one of the top ten shops in our scheme that helps shoppers save on their household bills.
Mr Hussain has run the shop on New Bank Road, Blackburn, for 16 years and his sons and nephews all take turns at serving behind the counter.
The store is open from 8am-9pm and sells a massive range of everyday goods that keeps shoppers coming back for more.
Mr Hussain said: "CentrePoint is one of a few schemes we have had going to improve the shop for our customers and it certainly seems to have worked. Our customers are loyal and are mostly regulars who have been coming here for years."
