JACK Walker was set to spend thousands of pounds beaming TV pictures to people living near Ewood Park.
Rebuilding work left residents in the Bolton Road area complaining that the height of the new stand was making their TV pictures fuzzy.
So Rovers planned to buy a TV booster-transmitter to send clear signals in neighbouring homes.
