I AM writing this letter in the hope that it is seen by the traffic warden who fined me for parking for three minutes outside the bank.

I was picking up my pension and had parked on double yellow lines, displaying my orange disabled badge. I was not obstructing anyone. The warden booked me without even waiting for me to come out.

It won't matter to him that I served five years during World War Two. He can carry on like a little Hitler! I just hope that in future he displays a bit more common sense.
