THE problem of DSS housing benefit abuse could be nipped in the bud and solved before it begins (Citizen, May 27).
Employing enough DSS investigators at the start will save the Government and the country from being defrauded.
Prevention is cheaper than cure and saves money in the end.
The more people the Civil Service employs the fewer people will be left jobless.
