TOILET paper makers Punjab Paper Converters are launching new products including kitchen towel and have opened a 19,000 sq ft extension to premises at Dickens Street, Blackburn, to cope with extra production.
Blackburn with Darwen mayor Councillor Salas Kiani officially opened the new unit at the firm, which employs 15 people, and met company chairman Ghulam Mohammed and founder Allah Ditta.
