BIRTHDAY boy Ross Holt was on Cloud Nine today - for the youngster is nine - on 9-9-99!
His parents Nicholas, 30, and Andrea, 29, realised the significance when their son was born in 1990.
Since then they have lived at number NINE Radfield Road, Darwen, and have always chosen number nine on the lottery.
Ross, who has a four-year-old sister Abbigail, four, attends St Joseph's Primary School, Darwen, and plays football for Darwen Rangers.
The family plan to mark the special birthday with a buffet tea when, of course, they will all be dressed up to the nines and have given Ross a bike as a present.
Andrea said: "Ross is really proud of his nines and is always going on about it.
"I don't know whether it's lucky or not but we think it's special, especially with the millennium coming up."
