AN evening of nostalgia is guaranteed at a reunion dinner at Bury Grammar School (Girls) next month.
The event has been organised by Mrs Betty Kenyon (nee Ashworth), a prep school teacher at Bury Grammar for more than 18 years.
The dinner is for pupils who were in the upper third form in 1950.
Mrs Kenyon said: "We have been able to contact a large number of people but there are still a few missing links."
She added: "It should be a very enjoyable evening and there will certainly be a lot of catching up."
The dinner will be at Bury Grammar School (Girls) on Tenterden Street on October 8 at 7pm.
Tickets are £14.50 from Mrs Kenyon on 797 2808. Requests for tickets by September 18, please.
