ST HELENS Council is seeking possible sites for recycling facilities in the Billinge area.
Suitable sites need to be in a public position, visible from the road, there needs to be a suitable hard surface for a bank to stand on, no high trees or cables above the site and it must be large enough for a heavy goods vehicle to empty the containers.
