ONE hundred minutes of hard, tiring play by both sides resulted in a place in the Cup quarter-final for Huncoat United Under-16s who beat Blackburn United 5-4 on penalties after normal time had ended 3-3.
Scorers were Robert Addison, Karim Webb and Kevin Foote.
The Under-10s Stars narrowly lost 1-0 to Akzo Green in what was, as the score suggests, a very tight match. For the second week in a row, Simon Hanson was named ref's man of the match.
The Under-15s lost 5-3 at half time to Langho, finally losing away 9-6.
Joe Mason scored four- for the second week running - and picked up the man of the match award.
Adam Laycock who had a good game, and James Dean, scored one apiece.
