MILLENNIUM Dome performer Emma Lewis mixed work with pleasure as she celebrated the New Year.
Emma, 17, of Barley, joined 10,000 revellers to see in the millennium at the dome alongside the Queen and Prime Minister Tony Blair.
She is part of the Millennium Show, a live aerial and acrobatic spectacular, which will be performed every day to audiences of up to 12,000.
Emma said: "I had a wicked time surrounded by all those smiling faces in the arena where we are performing the Millennium show every day for a year.
"The celebration certainly lived up to my expectations and everyone in the audience had a great time.
"In years to come I'll look back and say I was there celebrating the millennium."
Emma is a former Colne Dramatic Society member and pupil at St Christopher's High School, Accrington.
