A CONSERVATION group is looking for people in East Lancashire to help with its work in creating a Millennium Green in Pendle.
The British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV) is inviting the public to roll up their sleeves to "get stuck in" during a tree planting session at the site in Waterside, Colne.
Visitors to the Millennium Green, which is taking shape on land between Shaw Street and Colne Water, on February 12 will also be able to try their hand at making willow creatures and a giant stone tortoise.
Visitors will be welcome to work with BTCV between 10am to 2pm.
