SKIPPER Ian Seddon led from the front but Golborne were no match for Bolton Association champions Walshaw.
Seddon struck a superb 40 and had good support with Graham Marston's 20.
But there was little else to shout about and a 4-40 haul from pro Jonathan Fielding ended Golborne's challenge at 129.
Brett Collins was Walshaw's star performer, hitting 62 in a total of 172-9 and taking 4-34 with the ball.
His innings, with 37 from Danny Mills, helped the champions post their top target.
