A defiant 42 from opener Graham Harrop helped Glazebury along, while evergreen Roger Davenport hit 34 and Peter Calvert an unbeaten 36 before they finally succumbed at 164 all out.

A depleted Glazebury 2nd held out for a draw at Deane & Derby after the home side had battled well on a difficult pitch to reach 167.

Skipper Andy Durrington hit an aggressive 55 as Glazebury went for their shots, the match ending with them at 106-8.
