Six managers at Graham & Brown have been awarded NVQ level four qualifications in management.
They join the eight from the firm who have already achieved level four or five.
Members of the sales team at the Blackburn firm, which employs 520, have also been awarded NVQ level three in customer service.
"This company wants to see every member of staff working towards an NVQ in the next few years," said Mrs Anne Hubbard, human resources manager.
"We find it improves individuals' contribution to the business and their motivation to do a good job."
