EVER mindful of its commitment to youth development, a local Rugby Union club is seeking to broaden the horizons of one of its junior teams.
For Red Rocks-based West Park are seeking sponsorship to take a 22-strong under-16 squad on a two-match tour of Scotland over the August Bank Holiday.
Said team manager John Mather: 'The boys are a first class advert for the area and the activities we offer youth at the club. They are well presented, disciplined and respectful.
'Offers of sponsorship, either collectively or individual, will be gratefully received by me at 30 Bleak Hill Road, telephone 21136,' added Mr. Mather.
