CLARETS captain Steve Davis was on hand to start a sponsored walk which saw tiny tots toddling their way round a housing estate near their nursery.
The 23 children, aged two to four, attend the Meadow View Montessori Nursery in Mitton Avenue, Constablelee, Rawtenstall, and they were accompanied by staff Susan Smith, Claire Cartwright and Julia Crook and parents.
They are set to have raised about £300 for Barnardos.
The two youngest toddlers were India Gallagher and Zianna Bradshaw who both celebrate their third birthday next month. All of the children received a sticker and certificate for taking part.
