GREATER Manchester Parks go into their third group match on Sunday, July 16, in the Sovereign Health Care British Parks County Championship.

They are leading their group and hope to secure a place in the semi-finals. Matched against Wirral, they will have to improve on their previous two games against them a few years ago. They lost both home and away legs.

Hot on Gtr Manchester's heels are Fylde, who are ready to overtake and are looking for a big score against Central Lancs.

Gtr Manchester have chosen the Farmers Arms at Northenden for their home leg, with a large flavour of players from the Manchester Evening News Premier League. The away team consists mainly of players from the Bury and Heywood leagues and travels a third time to Victoria Park, Tranmere.
