LOCAL woman Deborah Warrington has been appointed North West PR and marketing executive for BDO Stoy Hayward.
Deborah will help maintain and develop the northern region profile of the chartered accountants and business advisers.
BDO Stoy Hayward has seven offices in the region, including Manchester, Rochdale and Bacup.
Deborah, who joined from Eversheds in Manchester, commented: "Although I am remaining within the professional services market, this is a fantastic new challenge for me.
"My first step will be to concentrate on raising the profile of the firm to where it should be," said the 26-year-old, who lives in Bury.
She has worked in professional practices marketing capacities for the past four years but this is her first step into chartered accountancy.
Deborah Robson, BDO Stoy Hayward's marketing manager, remarked: "We have very specific strengths that allow us to stand out from our competitors and we should be spreading the word about these innovations.
"Deborah's appointment will help us to achieve this."
