DO readers remember Miss S Best and Miss J Wakenshaw? They used to teach at St Aidan's in the late 1940s and early 1950s and, more importantly, began St Aidan's GFS in 1949/50.
They now live in Switzerland and are coming over specially to help us celebrate our 50th birthday on September 10.
We also want to make it a grand reunion of all our past members and leaders, especially those girls who joined in the beginning.
Stella and Joyce would like to meet them all again as well as any past pupils or colleagues.
There will be a service in church at 2.30pm followed by a buffet, display and videos in the school.
