A FURTHER £47 million has been added to the £43 million which has already been given so that the Millennium Dome can keep its head above water until its sale in a few months.
This is a further waste of £90 million of public money which could have been given to a myriad of deserving causes.
This Dome exists quite simply to boost the ego of pompous politicians and Lottery commissioners who could not run their household accounts without the help of their wives! It would have been far better to have let this "white elephant" sink without trace, closely followed by these same politicians and commissioners.
