ST HELENS College will be playing host to the Northern Regional Final of the prestigious American Express Young Chef Young Waiter 2000 Awards.
Young chefs and waiters from some of the country's top restaurants and hotels will be at the College on Monday, September 11 to compete in the vital first stage of the competition. The winners will go on to the national final where the first prize will be £2,000 in cash, flights and a trip to New Zealand courtesy of Louis Latour Ltd and Sileni Estates.
