REGARDING David Beckham's Mohican haircut you pictured (LET, May 26), it is nothing new.
When punk rockers were in fashion round about 1980, the Mohican haircut, plus gold studs -- and lots of safety pints in their clothing -- was all the go with teenagers.
David is a trendsetter, and likes to be noticed and I am sure that people who criticise him would do the same if they had his money.
It is just good fun.
