CAROLYNE Brooker is the new manageress of Ruskin Leisure's Gym and Oasis Health and Fitness Club.
The 23-year-old who hails from Hertfordshire, came to St Helens after a successful stint as club manager at the University gym in Warrington. She first trained at the gym as she studied towards her Manchester University BA degree in Business Management and Sports Science.
Carolyne was recruited by the Working Health Company which has won the contract to run Ruskin Leisure's health and fitness facilities.
She told The Star: "I'm looking forward to helping Ruskin further develop its club. I was very impressed with the super facilities which are second to none in the area.
"I will be concentrating on giving our members the kind of service that meets their aspirations -- we're big enough to do that with a wide range of services, but also small enough to care about that personal touch that can make all the difference".
