A SECTION of missing fence at the entrance to Victory Park, in Barnoldswick, will be replaced after members of the council's West Craven Committee expressed concerns about it.
A report to the committee said that the fence and a stile were removed by contractors laying drains through the park last year so that they could get on to the site with their vehicles.
When the work was completed a new fence was put up but within 24 hours it had been vandalised and removed again.
There were concerns the park had become accessible to motorbikes, damaging the park and causing a nuisance.
