B&Q staff are limbering up in more ways than one for the opening of their new warehouse store at Bamber Bridge later this month.
More than 70 workers take part in 'energiser' sessions every morning, which involve running, jumping, dancing and singing their own store chant.
The daily workouts are part of B&Q's approach to team-building and everyone from school-leavers to the over-50s take part.
