DOCTORS have called for the Highway Code to be changed to include advice on not using a mobile phone while driving.
Anyone with any sense should know already that its a silly thing to do.
People argue that using a phone is no more dangerous than smoking, eating, talking to passengers or changing tapes while at the wheel.
I must disagree.
Even hands-free means the driver is concentrating on the conversation in hand more than driving - especially if dealing with a business call.
Use while on the move should definitely be stalled.
