POLICE are investigating a robbery at Gillars Green Post Office in Eccleston, on Wednesday, August 1.
The incident took place at about 1.50pm when a man threatened staff with a weapon before escaping with a quantity of cash.
The offender is described as white, medium build, late teens to early twenties, 5ft 6 to 5ft 8ins tall, dirty and scruffy in appearance. He wore a dark coloured jacket and baseball cap.
