KNOWSLEY Council's Arts Service is currently on the look out for freelance youth art workers to work on an exciting new arts project in the borough from October 2001 to July 2002.
The project will be developed in venues and with local groups across Knowsley with local showcases in Spring 2002, culminating in a main event as part of the Knowsley Cultural Festival 2002. It is hoped the project will produce a show linking theatre and dance.
Paul Williams, Knowsley's arts service manager, said: "We are developing a number of projects in Knowsley and will be happy to hear from any promising youth arts workers. For the borough-wide project we are particularly keen to hear from youth theatre and youth dance workers to run area-based youth theatres and the central Youth Dance Company."
