REGARDING the newsagent who hit a youth with a snooker cue (LET, August 18), the youths in question have been a cause for concern for some time now and I suppose in these days of huge underfunding in the police force we can only be thankful for the common sense of our local magistrates who on this occasion have restored my faith in British justice.
