CARERS from Ribble Valley and Hyndburn can take time out at a relaxation day next month.
Participants will be encouraged to relax, have fun and take part in tai chi, crafts, Indian head message workshops and aromatherapy and relaxation sessions.
The event has been organised by Carers Link and will take place on October 2 at Ribble Valley Borough Council Chamber, Church Street, Clitheroe, from 10am to 3.15pm.
Kathleen Eastwood of Carers Link said: "Carers can even learn how to use new technology as we will have digital cameras and scanners available and a tutor to help them produce their own very special photographs."
