LOCAL fundraisers will get a spectacular view over the city of Lancaster this weekend when they join a daredevil fundraising drive.
The event, which starts at 9am on Sunday, will see abseilers jump off the balcony of the famous Ashton Memorial.
The event will aid the British Red Cross and the Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team, who will be assisting on the day, and anyone over the age of 13 who can raise £20 in sponsorship is welcome to take part.
