A MAN already facing proceedings for harassment has appeared before Bury magistrates charged with another similar matter.
Gerald Banyard, aged 47, of Highfield Road, Edenfield, now faces an allegation of harassing Penny Wiseman at Prestwich in June and August. He also faces a Crown Court trial later in the year over previous charges brought against him. The matters against Banyard were adjourned until September 24 and bail was refused.
