Sir,
I SYMPATHISE with the lady who has to negotiate her pram and two children through dog muck in Nel Pan Lane.
I agree with her that it is disgusting and unfair. I think I am a responsible dog owner and clean up after my dog, as do many other people I know. But why are there not more bins as in other parts of the country?
Having said all this, I am sick of having to guide my dog through the obstacle course of broken glass, food remnants and other rubbish every day.
My point is that there are many forms of pollution and we are all responsible for the environment in which we live.
Dogs are not the only pollutants.
