A BRIT who lived abroad for years returned to find friends she had made sending SOS calls to her for much missed goodies from the home country.
So much so that she set up a business in her garage arranging food parcels to ship out to them.
If only she had been around when I lived in Tunisia for a time.
I sent appeals to friends for Bisto gravy, but either no-one took any notice or it was confiscated by the customs. I never received any, and I would have killed for a box.
I pined for many comforts, but that lack of gravy stands miles above anything else.
Have you missed anything desperately while living away? Let me know.
