ORGANISING a Jubilee celebration event? Cooker manufacturers Parkinson Cowan and Tricity Bendix have produced a free leaflet called Fayre Treats for anyone raising cash towards the cost of staging an event.
The leaflet gives helpful information about batch baking, what to sell -- including jams and chutneys -- transportation and packaging and display.
Recipes include Carrot and Orange Traybake, Blueberry Butterfly Muffins, Toffee Apples and Tropical Marmalade.
