ARRANGEMENTS have been made for the funeral of a 29-year-old man who died at the Police Street hostel in Darwen a week ago.
A requiem mass has been organised for Simon Peter Hitchen, of Clitheroe, on Friday, May 3, at 2pm at St Michael and St John's Catholic Church in Clitheroe, followed by an interment at Clitheroe Cemetery.
Simon, formerly of Accrington, was found dead at the Model Lodge last Saturday. Police have traced his family.
