FUSILIER veterans had to be evacuated from a Bury club after an electrical fault.
A faulty strobe light fitting caused a short circuit and produced a small amount of smoke in a rear storeroom at the Lancashire Fusilier Association Club at Wellington Barracks in Bolton Street.
Customers waited outside the club while firefighters from Bury dealt with the problem on Wednesday night (June 5).
