OFFICIALS of the Rossendale branch of Manchester United Supporters Club are delighted with their latest signing.
The branch has secured the services of former Manchester United, Middlesbrough and England footballer Gary Pallister as guest speaker at their annual sportsmen's dinner at the Royal Hotel, Waterfoot on Friday, November 8. Anyone wanting a £30 ticket for the dinner or wishing to sponsor it should contact Paul Stannard on 07957 855012.
Supporters Club members meet every Thursday evening at the Royal and can take along new members, collect match tickets and get information on transport and future events.

The Royal recently spent £60,000 on a new Cellar Bar and is holding a series of theme nights there, starting with an Indian night on Saturday.
