FORMER Smiths frontman and leading pop figure Morrissey has announced he is to play in Blackburn next month.
Tickets for the gig at King George's Hall on Saturday, November 2 go on sale at 12noon today.
With The Smiths, Morrissey produced some of the most influential albums of the '80s including The Queen is Dead and How Soon Is Now? and went on to become one of the music industry's most influential artists.
