A KIRKHAM woman is to appear before Blackpool Magistrates charged with manslaughter after a four-year-old girl drowned in a Blackpool school swimming pool last year.
Pauline Mills, 53, of Marsh View, Newton near Kirkham will appear before magistrates on Wednesday, (October 9) charged with the manslaughter of Emma Farrar, 4, of Nuttall Road, Blackpool.
Emma drowned in a swimming pool at Woodlands School, off Whitegate Drive, Blackpool on November 13, 2001.
