TWO weeks ago, a well-dressed man knocked at my door and said he was an agent from the RSPCA, collecting donations.
I refused. He then became abusive, saying that surely I could afford to pay a small sum each week. In my opinion, he tried to intimidate me into signing a form. I was quite frightened by his attitude.
What rights do I have in my own home?
