DEAR Massi, I am writing to you for the first time.

I am 15 year old boy who likes this girl at my school. I can't stop thinking about her. Everytime I see her I want to tell her that I really like her but some how I can't.

During last term I was about to tell her but her friends came in. I've told my sisters about her but I really want to tell her how I feel.

In the summer holidays all I have been doing is thinking about her.

Please help me.

Massi Says,

I get many a letter like this from youngsters like yourself. The only thing I can suggest is to be braver than you have been at the moment. It's no point pining over someone for so long because day by day it's going to become more and more difficult.

You don't have to talk to her and get personal straight away. You can talk about other things. That way it won't seem that difficult at first. You may find out she's a normal person and is interested in the same things as everyone else. You may also find she's not all that she was cracked up to be. The only way to find out is make the first step.

Otherwise day by day this infactuation will only get stronger and you will get more nervous when you are around her.
