BURNLEY only started playing 20 minutes after kick off - a by-product of the team not training together - by which time the score was 20-3.
But Burnley hit back, Dinsdale scoring under the sticks, converted by Gus Ferguson.
Another penalty followed shortly but then Nick Ralph left the field injured weakening the back line.
Sustained pressure from the Burnley pack however saw Billy power over for the first of his two tries bringing the half time score to 25-14.
The Burnley forwards stripped Burnage from the kick off of the second half and gave away a penalty which hit the cross bar. Lightening reactions from Mick Uren gave Burnley an easy try.
Another injury to Ian Jones left the backs further weakened but to their credit they refused to give in.
Burnage however scored four more tries in the last 20 minutes ably assisted by an ex Fijian international in their backs. Andy Currid had a challenging but fair first game.
