SHANE Williams, 27, of Gloucester Road, Blackburn, was jailed for three months, to run consecutively to a sentence he is currently serving, by Judge Raymond Bennett, at Burnley Crown Court.
He appeared for breach of an 80 hour community punishment order imposed earlier after he was convicted of assault causing actual bodily harm.
The judge told him: "If you don't like being in prison, don't commit crime and then nobody has the unpleasant task of imposing a jail term on you."
