AN attic bedroom was destroyed in a house blaze on Boxing Day.
An electrical fault sparked the fire which forced the family at the semi-detached house in Copse Drive, Bury, to flee to safety shortly before 7pm. The majority of the bedroom, a loft conversion, was destroyed. The two adults and three children did not require hospital treatment.
