THE next meeting of the Ramsbottom and Tottington Area Board will be held on Tuesday, January 7, at Tottington Primary School, Moorside Road.
Bury Metro's Traffic Engineer will give a report on road issues in the two districts and Inspector Steve Clark will give an update on police matters.
A 45-minute open forum will take place to allow any matters of concern to be raised by members of the general public, while a presentation will be made on the subject of "Introductory Tenancies" by John Merrick, from Bury Council's social services, health and housing department.
The council is currently considering whether to introduce these new tenancies as a way of filtering out antisocial and disruptive council house tenants.
The meeting starts at 7pm.
