BOOKINGS
Yellows: Burnley: Diallo 26 (foul), Ipswich: None
Reds: None
KEY MOMENT
LOAN player Drissa Diallo's goal-line clearance after Darren Bent had chipped the advancing Nik Michopoulos. The action seemed to move in slow motion as Diallo got there in the nick of time to boot the ball away
THE HERO
THERE were several candidates for this award - Graham Branch for his gutsy double challenge in the second half and Ian Moore for earning the penalty. But it has to go to Diallo for THAT vital clearance.
THE VILLAIN
HOW many times will a referee have picked up this award? But it goes to the whistleblower again after he angered the home fans in the first half with a string of decisions that went against Burnley.
TALKING TACTICS
Glen Little came straight back into the side after his one-match ban, while an injury to Marlon Beresford prompted the only other change as Burnley stuck with their 4-4-2 formation.
Ipswich's on the other hand was not as straight forward as the fullbacks bombed forward when Town went on the attack. But Burnley didn't get sucked into their runs.
A fair result in a game both sides tried hard to win. Great entertainment for the fans.
