ACCRINGTON Stanley's Lancashire FA Marsden Trophy second round tie at home to Southport this Wednesday is likely to be called off for a second time.
It was postponed last Wednesday because of a frozen pitch and was due to be played this Wednesday.
But after Southport's FA Trophy tie at Leek Town was postponed on Saturday due to the weather the Conference side are now likely to play that tie tomorrow, cancelling the game against Stanley 24 hours later.
The Reds were trying to arrange a friendly fixture to replace the Southport game.
STANLEY have signed the former Blackpool and Rochdale midfielder Andy Gouck on a permanent basis from Morecambe. The 30-year-old has been on loan at the Crown Ground.
Tony Black has joined Stalybridge Celtic.
